01 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between the x bajee platform ("Platform", "Site", or "Service") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• Platform: The x bajee online gaming and sports betting website and its mobile application.
• Member: Any individual who holds a registered account on the platform.
• Account Balance: The actual amount of real money held in a member's account.
• Bonus Balance: Additional funds granted through promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirement: The total amount that must be wagered from a bonus balance before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

x bajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after amended terms are published means you have accepted the changes.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use services on x bajee, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — all casino and betting activities on this platform are for persons aged 21 and above.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming services is legally permitted.
• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, the same device, or the same identity document is prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Accounts must be created in an individual's own name, not in the name of a corporate entity.

Identity Verification

x bajee may at any time request a government-issued identity document or other supporting documents from a member for identity verification. The platform reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity until verification is complete. If the information provided is found to be false, the account will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

03 Account Management and Security

Members are fully responsible for their own accounts. Keeping login passwords and OTP codes confidential is the member's own responsibility. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the x bajee support team must be notified immediately.

Transferring, selling, renting, or sharing an account with any third party is strictly prohibited. No member may place bets on behalf of another person. If any unlawful activity is carried out through an account, x bajee will take immediate action.

Inactive Accounts

An account with no login or financial activity for twelve consecutive months will be considered inactive. The balance of an inactive account will be kept on hold, but identity verification may be required before the account can be used again.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

x bajee supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following payment methods are currently active:

• Withdrawal Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 1 hour

Before making a deposit, please confirm that you are using a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Transactions from third-party payment accounts may be rejected, and a verification process may be initiated on the associated user's account.

Withdrawal Process

Before requesting a withdrawal, any active bonus balance in the account must have its wagering requirements fully met. Withdrawals can only be made from the real money balance; bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. x bajee reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for review in cases of suspicious transactions.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

x bajee runs a welcome bonus for new members and various promotions including cashback for regular members. All bonuses are offered subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus comes with a wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,500 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. To make the bonus amount withdrawable, you must complete total wagers of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

VIP Cashback

x bajee's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback applies based on net losses for the week (total losses minus total winnings):

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

For example: if a Silver member's net loss in a given week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

Separate terms apply to each promotion. x bajee reserves the right to change, suspend, or end any promotion. If dishonesty or fraud is detected in claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

06 Game Rules and Betting Conditions

Slots, live casino, cricket, and other sports betting available on the x bajee platform are each governed by their own rules. For questions about the rules of a specific game, please contact the support team directly.

General Betting Conditions

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless it is automatically refunded due to a game or match being cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, x bajee reserves the right to cancel and refund the bets for that round.
• In sports betting multi-bets, if all selections are not correct, the entire bet will be lost.
• If there is an unusual error in a game's software or odds and a member knowingly attempts to exploit it, the related winnings may be voided.

Game Fairness

x bajee's games are operated by software from certified third-party game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used, which ensures that each outcome is independent and cannot be predetermined.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

x bajee believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress. We encourage our members to play safely and responsibly. Please read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines in detail and, if needed, set your own deposit or betting limits.

• Members may at any time request the support team to temporarily suspend their account.
• If a self-exclusion request is made, the account will be fully closed for the specified period, and opening a new account will not be possible during that time.
• Using parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gaming is recommended.

08 Data Privacy and Protection

All financial transactions on the platform are secured through SSL encryption. Members' payment information is not sold to any third party. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

x bajee uses cookies to operate and improve the site. Cookies can be disabled from browser settings, but doing so may cause some services to not work properly.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x bajee platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using false information or abusing bonus offers to take advantage of promotional offers.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through collaborative gaming or match fixing.
• Placing bets using automated bots or third-party software.
• Making deposits using funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to break the platform's security measures or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

x bajee may suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information at registration.
• Conducting any unlawful activity through the account.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any active bonus balance will be cancelled at the time of account closure; however, any real money balance for which wagering requirements have been met will be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability

x bajee will not be held liable under any circumstances for losses arising from the following:

• A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem with the member's device.
• Loss of account funds due to the member's own negligence or sharing of passwords.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events: natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.

12 Changes to Terms and Termination

x bajee reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members by email or through the platform.

By logging in to the platform or carrying out any activity after updated terms are published, you are considered to have accepted those changes. If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, please contact the support team to close your account.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of this agreement will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
